R&D Tax Associate

I am currently representing a Top 20 firm currently seeking an R&D tax associate to join their tax team. This position allows you to be at the forefront of the team, take ownership of your own portfolio of clients, work closely with the senior members of the team, gain exposure to both the financial and technical aspects of R&D and develop your career both professionally and personally.

Your new role

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact to clients
• Support in the preparation of technical and financial documentation for R&D claims
• Prepare reports to HMRC
• Collaborate with colleagues across wider tax teams

What you\’ll need to succeed

• Strong understanding of the UK R&D tax regimes (SME and RDEC)
• Experience preparing and reviewing R&D claims, including technical and financial calculations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills
