Job Opportunity: Customer Service Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Managing NHS customer accounts via computer administration
  • Data entry and processing daily orders using detailed codes
  • Answering phone calls to handle customer enquiries, orders, and queries
  • Managing emails related to customer accounts

Candidate Requirements:

  • Confident communicator
  • Enjoys fast-paced work
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience in a chemist or with dispensing medicines is preferred, but training will be provided
