Pay rates: £19.32 – £42.19 per hour.

Are you a motivated District Nurse looking for change?
Medacs Healthcare is seeking Community Nurses / District Nurses to join our team to provide care for patients in the community in the Handforth area, via NHS Highlands.
Main Duties of the Job
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the community to keep them safe at home, prevent hospital admission, and support hospital discharge.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care, maintaining privacy and dignity.
- Provide advice and support to junior staff and assist in managing the healthcare environment.
- Implement or refer patients to relevant services as appropriate.
- Collaborate with Integrated Community Teams, GP surgeries, and local trusts.

Essential Qualifications Required
You must have a valid NMC registration, at least 6 months NHS experience as a Community or District Nurse, and the right to work in the UK.
