Join Our Team as a Mobile Domestic Support Assistant at McCarthy Stone!

***Get a £250 joining bonus and a further £250 when you pass probation.***

Location: Covering the Charlton Hayes & Surrounding areas – You must have a valid UK driving licence at the point of application to be considered.

Developments: Multiple Developments

Hourly rate: Competitive + Travel expenses covered and up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours

Domestic Assistant Responsibilities:

• Domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry service, and communal area cleaning
• Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant
• Opportunity for overtime within nearby developments
• Potential to develop your skills and train further to become a Duty Manager if desired

Skills and Experience:

• A caring personality and the desire to make a difference in people\’s lives!
• Experience in domestic cleaning or in a customer care or service role in environments like health & social care, hospitality, retail, domestic services, or caring for a family member
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleaning
• Considerate, patient, and professional
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Hardworking, diligent, and punctual
• Providing personalized support to residents to enhance their retirement living experience
