Multi Skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative

Ideally, you will have an agricultural and land maintenance background. Your responsibilities will include delivering planned and reactive grounds maintenance tasks.

The successful applicant will work as part of the current Estates team, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

You will work under the direction of the Motor Transport Manager and will be responsible for updating the team on progress.

You will be expected to:

1. Complete grass and hedge cutting
2. Perform light repairs to fencing, gates, and other facilities
3. Drive a tractor and operate other ground maintenance equipment and machinery

Essential requirements for the position include:

• Full driving licence
• 12 months employment history within the UK

This is a Monday – Friday position; however, flexibility to work out of hours is required.
