Job Description
Senior Architectural Technologist | Leeds | £37,500 – £47,500 (DOE)New city-centre office | High-profile regional project | Leading AJ100 practice Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an AJ100 practice based in central Leeds. With over 35 years of experience, this award-winning firm has around 90 staff across three Northern offices, with Leeds as their HQ. They've recently moved into a new city-centre studio and are currently working on one of the region’s most talked-about projects. Their portfolio is diverse, with a particular focus on residential and healthcare projects. These include private housing, supported accommodation, high-rise developments, acute hospitals, mental health facilities, and community hubs.
The team also works across the commercial and education sectors. The role will involve leading technical packages, producing detailed drawings and specifications, and using Revit daily.
