Are you passionate about luxury perfumes and exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a talented Boutique Store Manager who has the vision and drive to lead our new flagship boutique store. Our flagship boutique store is a haven for perfume enthusiasts, so in this role, you’ll create an incredible and memorable shopping experience, foster strong supplier relationships, and drive the store's success. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team to deliver unparalleled service and achieve outstanding results.

Contracted hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent contract

Pay rate: Up to £37,000.00 per annum

What You’ll Do:

  • Establish our store as a premier shopping destination, delivering best-in-class customer service and creating personalised touches that make each customer interaction memorable.
  • Maximise opportunities to convert customers to niche and luxury products, elevating their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to host in-store events that boost brand awareness and customer interaction.
  • Motivate and engage your team to achieve excellence, developing and retaining top talent by overseeing all aspects of training, performance, and development.
  • Bring brands and perfumes to life through captivating storytelling and presentation.
  • Actively seek customer feedback to achieve outstanding Trust Pilot and Customer Love Scores.
  • Champion the customer loyalty program to enhance engagement and foster lasting relationships.
  • Take full accountability for achieving the store’s sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), maximising profitability without compromising on quality.

  • Proven track record of leading a flagship store to success through exceptional sales performance and people management.
  • Strategic vision and commercial acumen to provide valuable guidance on how to evolve the boutique store.
  • Strong motivation to deliver a fantastic customer experience with every interaction.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with brands and suppliers, particularly within niche and luxury environments.
  • Expertise in leading, coaching, and engaging a high-performing team with great communication skills.
  • Embrace technology and drive innovation within the store demonstrating a growth mindset.
  • Fragrance Foundation qualification (or willingness to complete it as part of the role).
