We are seeking a KYC Product Manager to lead the development and management of new products and features within non-documentary identity verification solutions for the EU market.
Role Overview: The KYC Product Manager will be part of the Data Intelligence team, focusing on making KYC operations safe, efficient, and effortless through continuous development of our Non-Doc Verification product suite. The role involves leading initiatives in the EU market, particularly in areas such as:
- QES Verification
- Non-Doc Verification (eID Systems)
- Bank Account Verification
- Penny Drop Verification
- Digital Identity Wallet Verification
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate new database products to identify revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate product releases and manage existing product portfolios.
- Reduce database product costs and implement redundancy solutions.
- Manage partner relationships, seeking improvements or replacements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to expand customer base and maximize revenue.
- Work with Legal and Data Protection teams to address regulatory challenges.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in product management, especially in KYC, compliance, fintech, or digital identity products.
- Strong understanding of Identity Verification solutions and market.
- Excellent English skills; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
- Technical background with the ability to understand complex product concepts and work with engineering teams.
- Experience in managing partner/technology relationships.
- Strong project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
