About the Role

Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Supplier Operations Specialist within the public sector.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure procurement and supplier onboarding question sets are comprehensive and regularly reviewed for legislative compliance.
  • Manage supplier onboarding efficiently and professionally.
  • Conduct regular reviews of onboarding processes and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with Technical Advisers and stakeholders to understand requirements and maintain communication.
  • Coordinate with SCM Process and Performance Team to align processes and implement changes.
  • Explain AWE requirements to suppliers and ensure documentation standards are met.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to Supply Chain processes, tools, and systems.
  • Promote use of an evaluated and approved supply base.
  • Resolve queries swiftly with stakeholders.
  • Support change initiatives and promote best practices within SCM.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development.
  • Demonstrate positive behaviours aligned with organizational values.
