About the Role
Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Supplier Operations Specialist within the public sector.
Responsibilities
- Ensure procurement and supplier onboarding question sets are comprehensive and regularly reviewed for legislative compliance.
- Manage supplier onboarding efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct regular reviews of onboarding processes and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Technical Advisers and stakeholders to understand requirements and maintain communication.
- Coordinate with SCM Process and Performance Team to align processes and implement changes.
- Explain AWE requirements to suppliers and ensure documentation standards are met.
- Ensure understanding and adherence to Supply Chain processes, tools, and systems.
- Promote use of an evaluated and approved supply base.
- Resolve queries swiftly with stakeholders.
- Support change initiatives and promote best practices within SCM.
- Engage in continuous learning and development.
- Demonstrate positive behaviours aligned with organizational values.
