The Role
The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel business development in Europe. This position involves coordinating with various departments, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing the overall team efficiency.
In this Role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Operational Management:
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Monitor daily operational data to ensure seamless performance.
- Work closely with the product team to integrate new features and improvements.
- Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management.
- Collect and analyze data to track performance metrics and identify trends.
- Create and deliver engaging training materials, such as manuals, e-learning modules, and offsite sessions.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to BD team of all our products and procedures.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years, proven experience in operations management, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Related experience in international business is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
