Our Designia Program is a 9-month sales-oriented program through which you will learn about our business, combining formal training sessions (hard and soft skills), on-the-job training, and development initiatives. You will have the opportunity to interact with sales managers in an international environment, rotating through different assignments. You will be guided by country managers/regional directors, and the program will be sponsored by two sales executives.

We are looking for candidates in:

  • EMEA: London, Dublin, Rome, Dubai, Lisbon, Mallorca, Paris, Oslo
  • North America: Manhattan, New Jersey, Charlotte, Houston, Tampa

We are looking for you! Recent graduates in Architecture & Design. Other degrees will be valued if the candidate shows a strong interest and some experience selling high-design products and/or upscale services. Clear interest in developing a sales and business professional career. Open to mobility around EMEA and NA. Solid communication skills, curiosity to learn, team spirit, commitment, and energy to lead projects. Fluent in English. Proficiency in any other European language is a plus. While no formal work experience is required, any experience in sales and customer service will be valued.

What is the purpose of the program? The Designia Program aims to identify, coach, and develop architects and designers (others could be considered).

When does the program start? The program will start in October 2025 and end in June 2026.

How is the program structured? The first two weeks will be in our headquarters in Almería, with classroom training. Afterward, participants will begin on-the-job training in their locations. Online training sessions will be conducted throughout the program. Participants will work on a specific project, which they will present and defend before senior leadership.

What happens after the program? Successful candidates will be offered a permanent sales position at one of our centers in EMEA or NA.
