Sportradar is a worldwide leader in sports data and audiovisual services for bookmakers. Over recent years, Sportradar has significantly expanded its range of products & services by acquiring Vaix.ai, an industry leader in Deep Learning AI for Personalization and CRM, pioneering the integration of Netflix and Spotify concepts into Sports and iGaming.
Vaix processes hundreds of API requests per second from operators and builds Machine Learning solutions, including Recommendation engines, human behavior predictive models, and Natural Language Processing, handling hundreds of Gigabytes and tens of millions of data rows daily.
Vaix is seeking an experienced and passionate Business Development Executive with deep gaming industry expertise to join our global expansion team. You will own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. This role reports directly to the CEO of Vaix.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels, qualifying and nurturing prospects to ensure a steady sales pipeline.
- Strategic Client Engagement: Conduct needs analysis and deliver tailored presentations demonstrating how Vaix solutions meet client needs.
- Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals, maintaining strong relationships throughout the process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Performance Analytics & Market Intelligence: Track and analyze sales metrics, stay updated on industry trends, and identify new revenue opportunities.
About You:
- Industry & Sales Experience: Proven success in sales roles within technology or gaming sectors, with a good understanding of Sportsbetting and iGaming ecosystems.
- Sales & Analytical Skills: Strong sales process knowledge, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience with data analysis tools.
- Technical & Communication Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, LinkedIn, AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot), and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Leadership & Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships with C-Level executives and work independently with good time management.
- Network & Passion: An extensive network in the online gaming industry and a genuine passion for sports and iGaming.
- Global Readiness: Willingness to travel internationally, fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
