Now, we\’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to take charge of our visual content — and lead a team of junior designers to creative greatness.

What You\’ll Do:

• Design high-impact graphics for digital marketing, sales campaigns, and print assets
• Shoot and edit compelling video content for social media, ads, events, and training
• Edit and produce podcasts that showcase our brand and voice
• Mentor and support junior creatives to raise the design bar company-wide
• Work directly with our CEO on high-level creative strategy and brand vision

Desired Qualities:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and videography
• Strong portfolio across web, social, and video content
• Mastery of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience editing audio and video for podcasts (Audacity or similar)
• A basic understanding of digital marketing
• A growth mindset and a love for learning new things
• Strong sense of accountability — you meet deadlines, own your projects, and don’t need hand-holding

Bonus: Experience in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced creative environment.
