Salary: Basic of £28,000 + bonuses of up to £1500 per month
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 4.30pm/8.30am to 5.00pm/9.00am to 5.30pm. Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm (1 in 3)
The Job: This is a customer-focused role. You will be providing a professional service to customers whilst their vehicle is with the client and tracking its progress through the workshops. Liaising with colleagues within the workshop and parts department. Providing customers with additional work requirements and costs. Scheduling and recording work whilst maintaining an efficient and courteous manner.
In the Service Advisor role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing, and registering new cars.
About You: You will be a team player with experience within a customer-focused role, preferably within the automotive or high-end industry, but not essential. You will have a flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management and administrative skills.
