Responsibilities:

1. Client Care:
   • Support clients with daily activities and personal care following their Individual Care Plan.
   • Assist with medication, hygiene, and daily routines.
   • Encourage participation in community activities and outings.
2. Care Environment:
   • Work in clients\’ homes or community settings, adhering to policies and safety procedures.
   • Report incidents and maintain documentation.

Shifts available in:

Ringwood, Croydon, Warrandyte

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Support Work, or related fields.
• Current CPR/BLS and First Aid Certificates.
• Police Check (within last 6 months).
• Vaccination status compliant with legislative requirements.
• Australian Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with manual handling equipment preferred.
• Reliable and good time management.
• 6–12 months experience in a support role preferred.
