Location: Loughborough LE11 2TW

Hybrid working: after training period of up to 7 weeks

Hourly rate: £12.36 per hour, increasing to £12.53 per hour after 12 weeks

Working Days/Hours: 37 hours per week between 9am - 5pm

Contract: This is a temporary position estimated to run for 4 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an accessible and inclusive service to service users (public and professional)
  • Signposting and guidance
  • Providing information to resolve queries
  • Processing and updating high-volume case details accurately and efficiently
  • Addressing short-term needs of service users
  • Handling queries via phone, email, and webchat

Clearance Level: Basic DBS + BPPS

Additional Clearance: Candidates with periods of 6 months or longer outside the UK in the last 5 years will need to provide an overseas police check, which is the candidate's responsibility.
