Hybrid working: after training period of up to 7 weeks
Hourly rate: £12.36 per hour, increasing to £12.53 per hour after 12 weeks
Working Days/Hours: 37 hours per week between 9am - 5pm
Contract: This is a temporary position estimated to run for 4 months.

Responsibilities:
- Provide an accessible and inclusive service to service users (public and professional)
- Signposting and guidance
- Providing information to resolve queries
- Processing and updating high-volume case details accurately and efficiently
- Addressing short-term needs of service users
- Handling queries via phone, email, and webchat
Clearance Level: Basic DBS + BPPS
Additional Clearance: Candidates with periods of 6 months or longer outside the UK in the last 5 years will need to provide an overseas police check, which is the candidate's responsibility.
