We're on a mission to become the best-loved toyshop, and we want you to join us as our Assistant Manager in Ilford, Redbridge, Greater London, United Kingdom on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you'll support your Store Manager and help manage the local Tesco concession. As our Assistant Manager, you will receive a salary of £29,100 per annum and enjoy a range of benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Store Manager and acting as a brand ambassador, especially during visits to Tesco concessions.
- Delivering excellent customer service with strong product knowledge.
- Implementing promotional activities and maintaining merchandising standards.
- Developing and coaching your team to achieve sales targets.
- Building external relationships to promote the store and drive sales.
