Carpenter / Joiner

Permanent – Full Time

We are looking to recruit a Carpenter to join our Amplius team, based from our Lincoln office, LN1 1DU, covering the Lincoln and Boston areas.

About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, primarily carrying out planned repairs to void properties, you’ll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work.

You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You

Candidates will hold a City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or equivalent, with excellent knowledge of Health & Safety. You should be customer-focused, experienced in working in both occupied and void properties, and hold or be working towards a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card. A passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time, is essential.

You should be punctual, reliable, and comfortable operating small handheld tools such as drills and breakers.

MSPS values training and development; if you have the relevant experience but lack the qualification, we may support you in obtaining it.

You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for at least 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
