Are you an experienced Mobile SMART Repairer (Paint) looking for a new challenge in and around the Chertsey, Redhill, Surrey areas? If the answer is βYESβ, then you could be just the person we are looking for!
Automotive Repair Systems Ltd is one of the largest independent Mobile SMART Repair companies in the UK, with a growing team of over 150 Mobile SMART Repair Technicians. Due to continued customer demand, we are actively seeking additional Mobile Paint and Wheel Repair Technicians to join our team.
The successful candidate(s) will provide Mobile SMART Paint Repair services to our prestigious dealership customers in the Chertsey and Redhill areas, thus offering excellent earning potential. The successful Mobile Paint Repair technician should have:
- A valid UK driving licence
- Physical fitness
- Good presentation
- Friendliness and customer focus
- Ability to work to a high standard
Mobile Paint Repair Technicians should expect to work Monday to Friday during Franchised Motor Dealer opening hours. Additional requirements are as follows:
- A self-motivated individual able to work on their own initiative
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years' paint repair experience (Preferably ATA/IMI/QAA and working to PAS 125 formats)
- Able to paint a minimum of 2 vertical panels and blend
- Great attention to detail
- Customer-facing experience in former roles
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of Maths and English
- Prepared to travel on a daily basis
- Able to be flexible with hours as our customers require
- Good timekeeping
Selected applicants will be invited to undertake a half-day technical paint assessment at our Headquarters before any offer is made. If successful, further tailored training would be arranged to understand our procedures and requirements, depending on your previous experience.
