3. Support a one-team approach by working in partnership with team members, residents, and relatives.
4. Assist the Leadership Team in our journey towards achieving outstanding standards.

Requirements

1. Experience in a similar role, including line management and organizing activity programs.
2. Excellent organizational, listening, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
