The predicted salary is between 19600 - 29400 £ per year.

£24,500 + benefits package including a generous pension, holiday plus more.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.15pm.

Work arrangement: Tuesday + one other day in the office / remainder WFH.

About the role:

  • Are you currently working in a customer service role, but looking for a change in your daily routine?
  • Do you have experience or interest in a collections or account arrears career?
  • Would you like to help clients manage their repayment and loan activities within your portfolio?
  • Do you possess skills to turn negative situations into positive outcomes through listening, recording details, clarifying, prioritising, negotiating, and overseeing future actions?

If you meet these criteria, you will join a customer-focused team that assists clients in developing alternative repayment plans, and then follows through to ensure final payments are made. You will maintain regular contact, track activities against company guidelines, and uphold Treating Customers Fairly principles, including managing temporary payment pauses.

We seek individuals with empathy, tact, and diplomacy. You will receive guidance from a supervisor after initial training and escalation support when needed. You will also be involved in negotiation processes with a level of autonomy, tailored to each customer's circumstances.

Successful candidates will be subject to referencing checks, including clear CCJ/IVA/DBS checks, due to the nature of the business.
