Your role will involve ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient operation of site machinery, maintaining high product quality and minimising spoilage.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate timely and efficient change-overs of production lines, including mould, colour, plate/cavity, and assembly/liner changes.
- Identify and resolve line blockages and machine stoppages.
- Manage machine breakdowns and stoppages to ensure continuous production.
- Diagnose faults causing machine issues and implement repairs or improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and assist in developing a planned maintenance program.
