This is a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of both planned and reactive maintenance using our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system - Maximo.

As part of the on-site Estates team, you'll be working closely with the ASOMP Manager to ensure that maintenance activities are well-scheduled, tracked, and compliant with regulatory requirements and service level agreements. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

This will suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of operations, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly. If you're someone who loves working with data, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to play a key role in ensuring hospital maintenance runs like clockwork, this is the perfect opportunity. You'll be part of a supportive team, using your technical and planning skills to make a real difference in a healthcare environment.

Experience in a Facilities Management setting is preferred, along with a strong working knowledge of CAFM systems (preferably Maximo). Your role will include confidently managing maintenance scheduling, reporting, and system monitoring to help ensure compliance and service excellence across the estate.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide daily support to the Hard FM team through effective use of the Maximo CAFM system.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor task progress and support compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Generate regular reports such as Denied Access Reports, Reactive Extension Requests, and PPM dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate records, including task notes, attachments, and lifecycle documentation.
  • Participate in Superuser training and support data integrity and system optimisation.
  • Ensure proper closure of tasks - from completion to financial reconciliation.

What You Bring:

  • Solid understanding of CAFM systems (preferably Maximo).
  • Experience in PPM planning and reactive maintenance coordination.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, healthcare-led environment.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we offer:

  • Unlimited access to an online platform offering mental health and wellbeing support.
  • Employee Assistance Programme to help with everyday issues or larger problems where you may need additional support.
  • Access to a free health and wellbeing app that provides rewards for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
  • The Sodexo Discounts Scheme, offering great deals 24/7.
  • Money Insights and financial benefits via the Salary Finance Platform.
  • Save for your future by becoming a member of the Sodexo Retirement Plan.
  • A Death-in-Service benefit for colleagues who pass away whilst employed by Sodexo.
  • Opportunities to enable colleagues to grow and succeed throughout their career at Sodexo.
  • Flexible and dynamic work environment.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Full training and full protective uniform supplied.
