We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Support Assistant to join our team, providing essential administrative, clerical, and financial support to ensure the delivery of high-quality adult social care. Based at Lawn View House, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to public service by supporting vulnerable adults within a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and financial tasks under senior staff guidance.
  • Manage and manipulate sensitive information and produce complex reports as needed.
  • Input and verify data accurately and confidentially, especially regarding safeguarding concerns.
  • Handle telephone queries and provide guidance to colleagues, service users, and partner organizations.
  • Support finance processes such as raising orders, reconciling accounts, resolving queries, and handling cash.
  • Organize meetings and events, including minute-taking and tracking actions.
  • Perform reception duties, greet visitors, and respond to general enquiries professionally.
