Purpose of the Role To be a proactive and active presence and help ensure the smooth running of the shopping park. To assist with all emergency situations when they occur, liaising with Savills management and the emergency services. The role also includes providing visible security cover to the shopping park, conducting regular patrols & handling enquiries and concerns from tenants or the public. Key Responsibilities To work the hours and shifts in accordance with conditions of employment. To undertake hourly patrols of the full shopping park, car parks and service yard areas as instructed by the security manager. To utilise a diester point system (where applicable) for all site patrols as instructed by the Area Security Manager. To carry out any other duties in accordance with instructions issued by Security Manager or RFM. To act as first point of contact to the tenants, frequently liaising with the tenants throughout each shift, whilst providing a proactive presence on the park. To comply fully with the Health & Safety Policy for the shopping park. To ensure that the Rules & Regulations of the shopping park, car parks and service yards are complied with at all times.
