A highly regarded national law firm.

THE ROLE

Corporate Lawyer to join the growing Manchester office.

Work to include a broad mix of corporate work, such as M&A, corporate finance, equity capital markets, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work.

You will advise clients ranging from start-ups to substantial private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions, with many tasks having an international aspect.

Depending on experience, you will either support partners and other team members or work on your own matters largely unsupervised.

ABOUT YOU

With 2PQE+ experience, you will have a solid background in transactional work and demonstrate an understanding of and interest in business development.

Ideally, you will have:

Good academic credentials
Experience in transactional work
An understanding of what is needed to help grow and develop a corporate practice
A willingness to initiate and participate in marketing and business development activities
