Sales Development Representative ERP Solutions (Top Graduate Role)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Company: Official Partner of a Tier 1 ERP Vendor
This is not your average SDR role. It\’s your launchpad into enterprise software, one of the most lucrative and intellectually challenging sectors in tech. You\’ll learn directly from senior sales leaders, absorbing everything about ERP, sales psychology, and business transformation. High performers will progress quickly into full 360 sales roles, managing pipelines and closing high-value deals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting and engaging C-level executives across industries with tailored outreach
- Making high volumes of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages daily
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the senior sales team
- Shadowing senior sales calls and demos to learn the ERP sales cycle from the ground up
- Gaining deep knowledge of ERP systems and how they help businesses scale
- Collaborating with marketing and pre-sales to align messaging and outreach strategy
What We\’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate (ideally 2:1 or above) or someone with 6-12 months of B2B sales/telesales/internal sales experience
- Excellent communication skills: articulate, fast-thinking, persuasive, emotionally intelligent
- A natural rapport-builder comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
- Driven, coachable, resilient, target-oriented, and receptive to feedback
- Polished, ambitious, eager to learn in a high-performance environment
- Strong interest in business, technology, and ERP solutions\’ impact
