Job Title: Customer Service Co-Ordinator (maternity cover)

Location: Hanwell

Job Summary: Pursues sales leads, promotes products, concludes orders and arranges internal sales logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to calls from existing customers or distributors to purchase products, resolve account problems, follows up on supply or logistics concerns.
  • Works with sales account representatives or Sales Managers to resolve issues.
  • Consults with Manager on setting margins when margins needed to promote a sale deviate from the guidelines.
  • Ensures reports are maintained as necessary to track the status of inquiries, quotes & bids.
  • Achieves annual targets through consistent customer follow-up and resolution to distributor and/or customer problems.
  • Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to at all times.
  • Undertaking any other duties as may be reasonably required within the scope of the role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Marketing or Business

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements: Fully site-based

  • Experience in a customer service or sales roles
  • Experience in working with multiple accounts and customers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with SAP (ERP software for processing quotations, orders etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
