We’re looking for experienced legal cashiers with a minimum of 1 year’s previous cashiering experience to join our busy, vibrant team. As a Legal Cashier, you’ll be responsible for managing various client sites and performing the full range of cashiering duties for each.
This role is diverse and dynamic, offering variety in daily tasks which leads to deep job satisfaction. It’s a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to manage a varied workload, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Process all accounting transactions according to departmental procedures and regulatory standards for your assigned clients and sites.
- Generate reports daily, weekly, and monthly, including management reports, bank reports, client balance reports, LAA and VAT reconciliation reports.
- Communicate with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders to answer queries and provide suggestions.
- Escalate any issues related to clients or procedures immediately to your manager.
- Assist in training and supporting new or existing staff as requested.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your manager.
- At least 1 year of experience as a legal cashier with knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
