Lettings Coordinator – School Hours! Our client who is an industry leading estate agency have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Lettings Administrator/Coordinator to join their team in their busy office based in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a busy and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be organised, demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to work on their own and as art of a team with a positive approach. As a team player it is essential to support the lettings team daily providing high levels of efficiency and accurate administration for each and every Let. Previous experience within a property environment is non-essential so long as you are a well organised, reliable individual with excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: – General administration. – Processing move-in documents. – Keeping clients updated and well informed. – Booking appointments on to the internal diary system.
