What you’ll do

  • Reporting to the Senior Enterprise PMO Manager and working closely with Data Analytics Manager, the Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist will be responsible for:
  • Development and maintenance of tools to support reporting requirements (e.g. Power BI & PowerApps);
  • Development of new dashboards, reports and reporting mechanisms to report on key performance indicators and provide detailed trend analysis and recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders;
  • Pinpointing opportunities for automation and developing tools and processes to support this;
  • Data validation, identifying anomalies and data accuracy issues and the development of solutions to improve overall reporting;
  • Provide first and second line support to stakeholders from across the business, troubleshooting issues and supporting further development of tools;
  • Day-to-day maintenance of the Vodafone UK Azure DevOps (ADO) Portfolio Management data repository;
  • Maintain relationships with key data stakeholders across VFUK to ensure data consistency and one version of the truth.

Who you are

  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, PowerAutomate and PowerApps
  • Skilled in leveraging data analytics to transform complex data sets into compelling visuals, including dynamic charts, interactive graphs, and pivot tables, driving actionable insights and informed decision-making
  • Good technical problem-solving skills, a proactive mind-set with a focus on constant improvement and follow through at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present complicated computer concepts to end-users with differing skill levels
  • High level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, agile, team-oriented environment
  • An understanding or knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps is desirable
  • Tooling maintenance experience is desirable
  • Experience of project and programme management processes and data sets is desirable
