Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Brand Consultant to join its thriving Menswear department where you will be working for our Polo concession in London - Knightsbridge. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you. As the new Brand Consultant, you will work 40 hours a week in our flagship store.

About the role:
As a Brand Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
- Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers
- Deliver a memorable 5* customer experience
- Be a proud ambassador for the brand and maximise sales to our customers
- Ensure your department looks amazing and is merchandised well
- Know everything there is to know about your brand and share thoughts on current/future trends
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness
- Be flexible; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
