The predicted salary is between 47000 - 60000 £ per year.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects of the Supply Chain strategy to meet business objectives. The strategy will include buying the products, supplier management, control of inventory, logistics of inbound and outbound products, and commercial analysis. This is an on-site role, reporting directly into the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, supporting, and developing the team to deliver the strategy for all aspects of the Supply Chain.
  • Ensuring that the environmental and sustainability strategy is embedded into all third parties.
  • Driving the reduction of costs.
  • Evaluating the success of the strategy and updating as necessary.
  • Working cross-functionally with other parts of the business including Production, Quality Control, Finance, and Operations.
  • Implementing the use of NetSuite Oracle for as many of the Supply Chain processes as possible including tracking, ordering, etc.
  • Working with Finance and Sales to link forecast demand with supply plans.

Experience/Skills:

  • Commercially aware, demonstrating a keen understanding of the role and impact of the supply chain in the achievement of wider business objectives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to maintain and grow sustainable relationships within the supply chain and to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Expertise in supplier management, rebates, and understanding of growth incentives.
  • Experience of leading, managing, and developing supply chain teams.
