EARN EXTRA MONEY SATURDAY VAN DRIVING GIANT FREIGHT are seeking a reliable and dedicated self-employed owner driver Courier Driver to join our team. We may have vans available if you are an experienced, hard working, reliable driver please apply. ALSO ADHOC WORK @ £250+ DAY RATE – MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SATURDAY 7.30AM START 7 DAY PAYMENT TERMS (£200+ day rate in own van – MWB minimum LWB preferred) TRAINING PROVIDED Duties * Operate delivery vehicles, including vans, in a safe and responsible manner. * Load and unload goods, ensuring that items are secured properly for transport. * Navigate routes effectively to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic regulations. * Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, locations, and any discrepancies. * Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly. * Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organisation of goods. Skills * Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. * Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is advantageous. * Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 30 kg) as required during deliveries. * Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks efficiently. * A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service are essential
