We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will learn to process and extract data from documents using our state-of-the-art Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) software. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data extraction while developing skills in document analysis and automation workflows. Main duties:
- Document Processing and Data Extraction: Utilize our IDP software to process various document types, including invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other business documents. Extract and validate key data fields, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in extracted data.
- System Training and Optimization: Train the IDP system by labelling data and creating rules to improve extraction accuracy. Provide feedback to refine and optimize software workflows and templates.
- Data Entry and Validation: Manually review and enter data when required to support automation processes. Perform quality checks on processed data to ensure it meets organizational standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.
- Reporting and Documentation: Document workflows, errors, and solutions to build a repository of best practices. Prepare and maintain reports related to data extraction performance and accuracy.
