• BSL Hand-on-Hand Signing Training is essential.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, bathing, using the restroom, and medication support.
• Support outdoor activities like community events and farm visits.
• Prepare meals, cook, and perform basic housekeeping tasks.
• Understand clients\’ needs and communicate effectively with them and their support networks.
• Ensure all care complies with CQC standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Report any changes in client conditions promptly and maintain accurate records.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Respect clients\’ cultural, religious, age, racial, sexual orientation, and other personal characteristics.
• Collaborate closely with unpaid carers and family members.
• Promote anti-discriminatory practices and protect clients\’ privacy and dignity.
• Act swiftly to prevent abuse or neglect.
• Participate in training, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
