The Operational Excellence team is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to drive safe outcomes for our customer control environment by consistently assuring our controls and applying a problem-solving mindset to risks and issues that occur during the course of business. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, mitigating and resolving risks, ensuring controls are implemented and being adhered to, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an attention to detail.
In this position, you will:
- Partner with internal business teams to identify and close gaps in controls, solve problems, and deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and participate in departmental initiatives.
- Partner with 1 LOD to participate in Risk Control Self Assessments, ensuring the design and operating effectiveness of controls within critical processes.
Displays the ability to perform consistent analysis and testing with an intermediate knowledge of SOC 2 / ISAE3000 / PCI control frameworks. Has awareness of Platform Product Management, focusing on compliance and controls for scalable, integrated, and user-friendly platform-based products. Ability to shape responses to control weaknesses and facilitate solution execution or resource engagement to mitigate issues.
