About the Role: The Global Mobility Immigration Lead is expected to deliver operational and strategic support for Global Immigration (excluding USA). Own, execute and operationalize the Immigration support. Deal with our global immigration provider and ensure a seamless service to all employees & business units. This position offers a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work two days a week from our London office.

Responsibilities and Impact:
- Leading the development and roll out of Global Immigration projects and initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on new process rollouts.
- Providing continuous enhancements on new projects and initiatives.
- Keeping in strong contact with our key stakeholders.
- Proactively eliciting and analyzing feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvements.
- Ensuring immigration dashboard is updated and necessary leadership updates are circulated in a timely manner.
- Partnering with global immigration vendors to deliver a quality service across the region and a seamless employee experience.
- Conducting periodic operational reviews to ensure constant process improvement.
- Ensuring a seamless delivery of the end-to-end immigration support to our People.
- End-to-end case management of immigration & Global Mobility cases including and not limited to work permits, residence permits, documentation and permanent residency process and keep the stakeholders updated.
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience working in corporate global mobility and immigration roles at a global company, preferably within a consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of all employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa.
- Experience with managing high-volume immigration cases.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high growth work environment is highly desired.
- Experience in process optimization and delivery.
- Strong project management skills and vendor management skills.
- Team player & collaborator.
- Able to exercise strong judgement for complex immigration requirements and provide an amicable solution.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills that will influence others.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with a global mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
