As the Scrum Master you will join an established and growing team to help coach Product owners to improve their product backlog management techniques and ensure clarity of product and scrum goals for the developers. In addition, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies (appropriate for Scrum or Kanban) and increase Agile knowledge and understanding through ongoing coaching, mentoring and education of the Stakeholders and the team. Skills & experience: • Knowledge and experience of Agile values and practices within an Agile team. • Knowledge and experience of Agile tools. • Scrum Certification.
