Automotive Repair Systems Ltd is one of the largest independent Mobile SMART Repair companies in the UK with over 140 mobile technicians across the country providing SMART Repair services. Due to increased customer demand, we are now recruiting an additional Mobile Paint and Wheel SMART Repair Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate(s) will provide Mobile SMART Paint and Wheel Repair services to our smart repair policy holders within the Basingstoke area, offering excellent earning potential. The ideal candidate should have:
- A valid UK driving license
- Be physically fit, well presented, friendly, and customer-focused
- Work to a high standard
Working hours are Monday to Friday (08.00 - 17.30hrs). Additional requirements include:
- A self-motivated individual capable of working independently
- Preferably, at least 4 years' paint experience (ATA/IMI/QAA and PAS 125 formats preferred)
- Good knowledge of and ability to apply fillers
- Ability to paint up to 2 vertical panels and blend
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Basic math and English skills
- Willingness to travel from a home start daily
- Flexibility with working hours based on customer needs
- Good time management skills
