Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Preparing and uploading electronic invoices to clients' various e-Billing platforms.
- Ensuring that bills are processed within client-specified timescales.
- Ensuring compliance with all client e-Billing Guidelines and Vendor Requirements.
- Resolving issues such as short payments and rejections efficiently.
- Maintaining logs of processed and rejected invoices.
- Managing timekeeper, matter, rates, and invoice data within e-Billing systems.
- Updating monthly accruals, reporting, and budgets within client portals.
- Liaising with partners and lawyers to ensure compliance with guidelines and billing processes.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- E-Billing experience.
- Experience with e-Billing portals like Legal Tracker, Tymetrix, Busylamp, Collaborati.
