Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate – Chill Picker, you’ll play a key role in preparing orders with care and accuracy in our temperature-controlled warehouse (34°F–36°F). Your day-to-day will include:
- Select and sort individual products based on customer orders
- Sandwiches need to be separated in trays for thawing process
- Ensure products are in excellent condition and properly packaged
- Prep Slacking for next day work
- Ability to stand and work in one station for a minimum of 10 hours
- Will be on your feet 85% of the workday
- Dependable and reliable on attendance and work effort
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (34–36-degree temps)
Qualifications:
- This role requires both upper and lower extremity coordination
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to do repetitive tasks, visual inspection, and accuracy
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable and reliable on attendance and work effort
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
