We are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team here at SEAT CUPRA. This role is offered on a permanent basis on a 42-hour per week contract including Saturday mornings on a rota, with a very competitive starting salary of £26,000 and a generous, uncapped bonus. Working hours: 42 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm, Saturday on a rota basis 8am – 12pm
Join a friendly and efficient Aftersales department led by a talented Service Manager. We will support your development through continuous training and 1-to-1s. Our Service Advisors play a vital role in delivering a personalized, premium experience to customers, guiding them through servicing, MOT, and repairs with expertise and knowledge. Ongoing training, including customer experience workshops, will enhance your skills.
- Booking MOTs, services, and repairs
- Advising on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories
- Coordinating with the Aftersales team to schedule appointments
- Managing high customer volume, calls, and online queries
- Communicating turnaround times and updates effectively
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems
Ideal candidates will have energy, a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport. Experience with Kerridge/ADP is advantageous. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a passion for customer service and cars. Previous experience in a similar automotive role is preferred.
