Responsibilities:
- The team provides a range of support to service users aged 18-65 with mental health conditions, learning & physical disabilities.
- Completing assessments, reviewing and completing support plans
- Safeguarding will be included in the post
To be considered for the Social Worker role:
- 1-3 years experience of working within a similar social work setting
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- Evidence of working with a complex caseload
- Be competent in strength based work and reviews and be able to work in a fast paced team.
