About the role: We are now looking for an experienced Machine Operator to support the daily operations of a designated production line and team within the Production Hall.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating machinery as required.
- Ensuring all product/batch is cleared from the end of line prior to the start of the next product/batch.
- Understanding product specifications and ensuring specs are available.
- Supporting the team in implementing and improving procedures and processes to meet standards.
- Providing recommendations for training all line operators.
- Motivating reporting staff positively.
