Are you an experienced Parts Advisor who is confident, energetic, and resourceful? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment? Sandal Wakefield is looking to add to their existing team of Parts Advisors. This position is ideally suited for an experienced Parts Advisor, someone who follows procedures and performs well in an environment where providing exceptional service is the top priority.
As a member of our small professional team, reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers and Technical team are dealt with professionally and courteously, contributing to the development of the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the retail motor industry at dealership level, preferably at a BMW/MINI Retailer. They should also have the ability to plan ahead and maintain good communication with colleagues in other departments. Experience with CDK Drive dealer software is an advantage.
The training for this role will exceed that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing courses on new model technology and customer service at the BMW Group Training Academy.
We also offer:
