Our client is seeking a skilled Amazon Connect Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of AWS cloud contact centre solutions for enterprise-level clients. This is a fully remote opportunity offering competitive pay and a chance to shape innovative, cloud-first CX strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical design of Amazon Connect / CCaaS implementations
- Own IVR architecture, routing strategies, API integrations, and external data flows
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on migration and deployment of AWS-based contact center solutions
- Partner with client architecture teams and communicate with executive stakeholders
- Optimise cloud contact centre performance and build reusable code/templates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Lex
- AWS Solutions Architect certification (preferred)
- Proven experience in CCaaS design, integration, and cloud migration
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
