Your Contribution
- Supplies the draw towers with prepared cores and tubes to meet production requirements.
- Sets up mono assemblies in accordance with the production schedule.
- Matches the core/clad of assemblies and redraws per process specifications.
- Washes and rinses core bars and tubes in sink as per process specification.
- Rinses core bars and tubes with alcohol and acetone as per process specification.
- Assembles core bars in the tubes as per process specifications.
- Measures and records O.D., I.D., and length, transports and hangs completed assemblies in the clean booth.
- Enters production information into SAP and the database.
- Maintains accurate log entries in the database.
- Maintains housekeeping practices per departmental 5S program.
- Able to meet utilization targets and standard times.
- Accurately enters Database/SAP transactions in the computer.
- Maintains daily records, including labor sheets and routers.
- Responsible for observing and following all Environmental, Health, and Safety rules and procedures.
