Senior CNC Machinist Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and program sliding head CNC machines (e.g., Citizen, Star)
- Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings
- Perform in-process and final quality assurance checks on machined parts
- Maintain compliance with GMP and safety standards in the workshop
- Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to resolve machining issues
Senior CNC Machinist Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficient setting and programming Citizen Machines or similar sliding heads
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes
- Experience in quality control/inspection techniques
