We are seeking a dedicated Community Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients in their homes. This role involves visiting clients with minimum 1-hour timeslots, ensuring personalized and high-quality support. Requirements:
- Valid G2/G driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- PSW certificate or NACC certificate (transcript of records may be required from some schools).
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within one year; if not current, this will be a condition of employment).
- Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification (or confirmation of registration for an upcoming course).
- Two Step TB Test.
